| Summary: | This undergraduate work aims to propose the proposal for the implementation of NTC ISO 9001:2015 in the Integral Insurance organization that has as an economic activity the sale of insurance, first, the diagnosis is presented to determine the initial basis on which the organization is located, with respect to the requirements of the standard. Subsequently, the external and internal environment is assessed, through the PESTEL DOFA, MEFE and MEFI tool. A second step proposes the strategic marking it comprises (mission, vision, objectives, quality policies, organization chart, values, principles and process map). |
