Summary: | The transition and transformation center responds to the need for efficient and comprehensive physical-spatial design, for the psychological rehabilitation of the population as consumer street dwellers as the main user, framed by sustainable design, low impact and easy replicability, Thus, a second-stage intervention facility is proposed, located in Bogotá due to its low reintegration rate vs. more planned programs, implanted in the Los Mártires locality considering its high flow of this population and its connection to micro-trafficking sites. , in addition to approaching within their daily place as an opportunity to open doors to their reintegration; From the spaces of housing, therapy and trades, the architectural concepts of biophilic architecture, bio-architecture, low cost and therapeutic architecture are focused as the axis of design, with which the proposal is approached, from a large central patio distributing the volumes around this, building an open connection between them, in addition to building a route of urban and vertical integration, thus showing street life in a safer place, with the freedom to be and improve by one's own will, together with sustainable development and low cost from wood as a constructive and surrounding Biomaterial responding to the needs of the sector together with a large vegetation that surrounds transmitting tranquility, comfort together with a habitability that allows the efficient rehabilitation of the street dweller contributing productivity to the city and quality of life to citizens. |
