Características de la industria brasileña del biodiesel y su proyección a los mercados internacionales, como ejemplo para Colombia

In the present document, an investigation is carried out on the characteristics of the Brazilian biodiesel industry and its projection to international markets, being an example for Colombia. To make this possible, in the first chapter, the business structure and functioning that operates the production and international marketing of biodiesel in Brazil is discussed, the advantage of the country over other countries producing the resource is detailed, and a contextualization of its position in terms of infrastructure, reserves, production and internal consumption. In the second chapter, the main factors that affect the dynamics of the international biodiesel markets are broadly reviewed, revealing notorious problems with their possible causes as previously stated, delving into economic, geopolitical, and structural issues, according to the market that is evident. While, in the third chapter, an analysis is made of the participation and successful strategies of Brazil in the international Biodiesel markets, which can be applied in Colombia, so that our country can reinvent itself and in this way achieve success in this matter.
