| Summary: | The project of degree that develops next pretends to present the proposal to implement a formulation in the process of production of moldeable mass from wheat flour for Industrias Payasito SAS, determining the limits of each component and the behavior of each of them within the formulation. To achieve the formulation, it was necessary to carry out a data survey of the company, starting with the description of the conventional plasticine process, analysis of the equipment and which of them would be functional for the production of the moldable mass. For the selection of raw materials, it was necessary to make a matrix of selection for cost and properties of each, some of them had to comply with the USP norm for food products. |
