Reestructuración técnico administrativa en la empresa Arcolum Ltda. Ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá

This project has been carried out in the facilities of the company Arcolum LTDA., In the year 2016 of the second semester, this project was realized with the purpose of recognizing the most relevant problems that are presented and offers proposals that seek the improvement of the activities. For the development of industrial engineering tools such as the PESTAL analysis, business self-diagnosis that served to identify opportunities and dawns in the environment as well as weaknesses and strengths within the company, a series of strategies were built with the help of the DOFA matrix. It was implemented tools of engineering methods such as process diagrams, operations, time study in order to document the productive processes and in this way to be able to propose improvements, as was the process optimization and the reduction of the times, redesign the Strategic planning And function manuals were created for all jobs, the project has an investment of $ 12,532,500.
