| Summary: | The implementation of the Quality Management System based on the norm NTC ISO 9001: 2015 was carried out in the company Ingecrom LTDA., to start the design and a diagnosis was applied where a low degree of conformity was identified in front of the standard requirements through a matrix and the steps to follow for the implementation process were established. The strategic framework is analyzed where it was restructured according to the market and new processes. For the implementation plan, roles and responsibilities were established by a quality committee. During the awareness and training of the staff, their knowledge and applicability regarding the strategic framework and the norm were evaluated. |
