The company's project coordination area is responsible for preparing quality plans in accordance with the NTC ISO 9001:2015 and NTC ISO 10005:2018 standards for the infrastructure projects to be executed, either individually or as part of a project. a consortium or temporary union, and follow up on it. Thanks to the work carried out in the area, it was identified that the elaboration of quality plans is a task that generates delays in the preliminary stage of the projects in which the presentation of said document is a contractual obligation, since due to lack of experience or knowledge of the aforementioned standards of the person in charge, the quality plans presented generally do not meet all the requirements of the standards and/or the presentation of the document is not done within the time limit to do so. |
