Summary:This paper presents a proposal for the implementation of the occupational safety and health system at Ingeniag Diseño & Construcción LTDA based on NTC ISO 45001: 2018 and Resolution 0312 of 2019 under the context of the Colombian Law in which it develops its activities. The company under study is specialized in providing metalmechanical, electrical, electronic restoration and maintenance services, civil works and special paints in different industrial plants. Initially a diagnosis was made in order to determine the current status of the company in terms of occupational health and safety activities and compliance with regulatory requirements, an Excel tool was used to visualize the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018 in accordance with those of resolution 0312 of 2019, this in order to jointly assess their compliance. Then, a risk matrix was made based on the methodology described in GTC 45, together with the hazard grade tool (GP), thus identifying the hazards and assessing the risks for the process of finishing the company, finally a program was built where activities, times and managers are detailed in order to close the gaps identified in the organization. Through the development of this paper, a low percentage of compliance was identified with respect to the aforementioned requirements, intis way it is expected that with the implementation of the management system in SST, the performance in the processes and the interaction between them will be improved.
