Summary: | Laboratorios Esko Ltda is a colombian factory founded in 1988, it has many econonomic activities such development, manufacturing and cosmetic products conditioning like gels, ointment, liquid products, solutions, emulsions and suspension under INVIMA certificated cause they have a huge environmental commitement. Their industrial processes are supplemented with natural extracts of avocado, oat, aloe vera, chamomiles and others. Since 2015, Laboratorios Esko started their own Waste Water Treatment (WWT) working which has a dumping permission granted by Secretaría de Ambiente de Bogotá, through 1656 resolution of 2.014 by Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo territorial. This WWT generates 500 kg of solid waste per year, approximately, which requires another entity (Synthia Quimica) to handle this kind of organic matter with high levels in glycerin, natural oils, parafins, waxes, etc. All this solid wastes are representing residues untapped for the company. Thus, in this project is presenting a proposal to composting obtain based on bio-solids generates in Laboratorios Esko Ltda operation, through the diagnostic of those kind of residues that allows determining the inicial conditions related to moustire, pH, ratio C/N, biological charge, and adjustment phase who define the composting system development. Adicionally, in this project will be raised conditions and tecnical parameters through the respecting bibliography review that allows at the company applying this proposal, in a closer future, base don adaptability, incorporation and associate costs of the composting system in the WWT regular working process. |
