| Summary: | The objective of this monograph is the proposal for the implementation of the Quality Management System for the company Fumigir Ltda, which operates in the Department of Cundinamarca and its main plant is located in the city of Girardot. Its main economic activity is integrated pest control and garden design. Initially, an internal and external diagnosis of the company was carried out, analyzing its current status and possible future through strategies established by the author, the process map was designed and, in the same way, their function and how each one was explained. contributes or generates impact on the reason of the organization. The characterization of each of the processes is presented and the risk matrix required by NTC 9001: 2015 is executed, likewise each requirement of the standard is analyzed separately according to what Fumigir maintains at the time and what it would have to run ahead to get certified. |
