| Summary: | In the present bachelor’s degree project the commercial and administrative restructuring of the company Haztrambiente Corporation S.A.S., located in the city of Bogotá, takes place, with the purpose of suggesting improvements in some of the processes handled by the company, whose main objective is to give a solution to the problems evidenced in the company and thus increase its competitiveness in the market. With the current situation of the organization determined and, as this is a company that provides services, the next step is to determine the commercial situation of the company. This is carried out through the study of markets, that allow throughout a series of tools, such as the segmentation of markets, to determine an analysis of the potential and actual demand of the company, leaving companies affiliated to different authorized ARL in the city of Bogotá as the targeted market and demand. |
