Summary:Employees are the main asset of a company, they are vital for the survival and success of it. For this reason, if the organization wishes to improve its competitiveness in the market and obtain an added value that differentiates it from the others, the first point to observe is within its business culture in the management of human resources. However, when the organization does not have adequate policies and strategies, employees will feel dissatisfied with their work environment, because the conditions of the companies are not optimal, causing them to choose to leave their jobs causing a constant personal turnover, this being the main problem of this investigation.
