| Summary: | The objective of this work is to establish a risk management plan in an environmental services company of the oil industry in order to ensure one of the requirements of the NTC ISO: 9001: 2015 standard in the consulting process. The work contains in Firstly, a bibliographic review on risk management as well as the methodologies that can be used for the identification and treatment of risks; The methodology of modal analysis of potential failures and their effects (FMEA) is described. Then the internal and external analysis of the consulting process is presented through the elaboration of the matrix DOFA (Weaknesses, opportunities, Strengths and threats) of this matrix and by means of a flowchart with the activities developed in the consultancy process, the risks are identified and the assessment is proceeded with criteria established for the level of probability and consequence. Finally, the presentation of some intervention activities of the high and medium level risks associated to the consulting process is presented. |
