Summary:Based on an exhaustive search for information, this document has the purpose of presenting, identifying and analyzing different styles of leadership, highlighting how they influence organizations, companies and businesses present today, making a presence in the tertiary sector of the Colombian economy. which “provides services such as commerce, transportation and telecommunications. It is in charge of the service of distribution, channeling and sale of all kinds of goods, both nationally and internationally”. Likewise, it will be evident how leadership has evolved over time, as a leader, creates strategies to take advantage of, develop and motivate the capabilities of a company, organization or business. The purpose of leadership is to increase the competencies and personal skills of the people under its charge, seeking as a result to obtain economic, ethical-social and emotional development.
