We will be able to identify the way in which companies have evolved and how this impacts the work and personal lives of the members of the organization and above all how it influences their goals and projections to be achieved. This topic is promoted as a measurable indicator to know the high potential that organizations can have to adapt to changes with their human talent, how to do it faster and how to achieve the best results. Once the organizational change management capacity is obtained, the level of success in business transformation initiatives can be demonstrated.
