| Summary: | The present work has as principal aim; carry out the plan of implementation of a quality management system based on the international standard ISO 9001:2015 of a company dedicated to the distribution of chemical products in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. This document was made through a series of stages, where the current situation of the organization was first diagnosed in relation to the compliance with the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001:2015. Following this, the external and internal context and the stakeholders were analyzed under a focus on processes. Finally, the scope, policy and processes necessary for the quality management system were drafted according to the organizational guidelines and the client's requirements; also there are defined the objectives, roles and responsibilities of the personnel with the management system and the methodology to identify, evaluate and assess risks and opportunities. |
