Summary: | In the present work, a feasibility study was developed for the creation of a company producing and commercializing European delicatessen products in the city of Bogotá. Initially a contextualization of the environment was carried out, followed by the market study where the target population was determined , and the projection of demand; Based on this, the productive model of the company was estimated, taking into account factors such as capacity and distribution in the plant. This is how the strategic planning was done to coordinate the objectives and goals of the organization, as well as the legal requirements necessary to create it and the environmental plan for its operation. Finally, in the financial study, the feasibility of the project was determined due to the high production costs and administrative expenses. |
