| Summary: | It is based on a Self-assessment model, under the Deming cycle approach (PHVA) and taking as reference criteria from the NTC ISO 9001:2000 standard. The creation of evaluation groups is proposed, as those responsible for the verification processes of improvement proposals. Likewise, other responsibilities and basic entities that support the development of this management are defined. The control of the processes is established through indicators and an internal audit model is outlined, as a mechanism for verification and taking relevant actions that contribute to the improvement of the System. Self-evaluation processes as a self-control mechanism allow the organization, whatever its corporate name, to determine at different moments in time what its reality is like and how close it is to achieving its goals and objectives. |
