Unidad de capacitación técnica agrícola y pecuaria para la región de Oriente de Cundinamarca: Anillo perimetral de consolidación ambiental y ecoparque de conectividad urbana

Throughout this work the diagnosis of the eastern province of Cundinamarca will be made, which has as its purpose the planning of an urban and architectural project comprised by a master plan for the region, a partial plan within the urban area of ​​the municipality of Choachi, promoting the economic development of the territory. In order to achieve the development of the territory, a study is made based on the design of the 4g highway concession, which will bring development to the entire region and where it is established that, based on technical education, environmental problems can be mitigated, social, cultural and economic existence at this time. In the workplace where the urban project with an area of ​​10 hectares is generated, the architectural project of a public - private nature is strategically implemented for its proper functioning. This project will have an educational theme as its main function, from which technical education and practical research emerges taking two important points that is livestock science and agriculture being these the two largest potential of the eastern province of Cundinamarca and the municipality of Choachi.
