Summary: | The hydrocarbons industry in Colombia in recent years has shown an increase in water production associated with oil production where one of its largest participants is the Rubiales Field, considered the largest oil field in the country with more than 15% of the daily oil production in Colombia. Although due to the strong production of more than 3.4 million barrels of water that exceeds the production of oil that is extracted, has brought with it different disadvantages in all stages of the productive life of the field ranging from exploration to development and the production of it. In this project, the industrial water dumping process will be managed as a solution, so that it is projected in compliance and development operations based on current legal environmental regulations. Initially, the generalities of the Rubiales Field are described, followed by the presentation of the current management process that takes place in the Dumping focused on the parameters and guidelines, in order to generate a report through a technological platform for the management of the disposal process of the water, through its online implementation to improve related procedures in terms of registration, verification and control of information and possible irregularities regarding the flows and physicochemical properties of the water that is directed to Caño Rubiales where the scenarios are finally evaluated before and after after the implementation of the report in order to obtain statistics of their respective disposition. |
