Viabilidad técnica para la implementación de un servicio de transporte eficiente y ecoamigable en la ciudad de Neiva (Huila) – Colombia

This work was developed to evaluate the pros and cons of implementing an eco-friendly transportation system in the city of Neiva. The evaluated idea is to use Scotter skateboards in the urban area of ​​the municipality as an alternative means of transportation available to the entire population of Neiva in order to reduce noise pollution and greenhouse gas emissions that occur in the capital of Huila. Initially, an evaluation of the population of the municipality and a sectorization of potential users was carried out, there it was identified according to the segmentation carried out that approximately 2000 individuals could use the service that is favorable and profitable in the personal and household economy, then a budget where the acquisition of equipment and adaptation of Parking Point (collection and delivery points) were contemplated. In the evaluation of this project, the vehicle fleet in the city was taken into account. The survey methodology was implemented to 139 people to know the perception of the citizens and the possible reception of the project in the city.
