Summary:The application of biosurfactants in the industry represents a promising future prospect to significantly improve development and sustainability in various areas of production, however, the economic factor is an obstacle to being able to implement this improvement strategy on a large scale. Currently, laboratory-level experimentation is prioritized for the analysis of these, where through different fermentation methodologies, strategies are developed to reduce the cost in the biosurfactant market and for intervention in the industry to grow.
