| Summary: | This research work developed the topic of analysis of work absenteeism and its impact on two of the most important environments for organizations: the work environment and the economic environment. In Colombia, no company is exempt from presenting some difficulty due to absenteeism at work, hence the importance of addressing and identifying its causes and consequences, to take the necessary measures to mitigate and control this problem, identifying its labor and economic impact. For organizations it represents a negative element, not controlling it can affect costs, objectives and organizational goals, productivity and efficiency in processes can be altered due to the lack of personnel and execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities within the established times. |
