Summary:Bogotá is one of Latin America's most important cities and the generator of the majority of Colombia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), nevertheless, it has major problems when it comes to infrastructure and strong political polarization. While mayors in time of election campaigns promise to solve most of these problems, they don't do it and there seems to be no major improvement for the general population, so in the following work an analysis of the district's administration management in terms related to Hospital, Educational, Road and Public Transport infrastructure, in order to provide tools for discussion and debate.
