Description
Summary:The technical- adminiatrative restructuring was carried out in the company "Productos Alimenticios Lácteos el Rancho", with the purpose of identify the current situation and can make proposals for improvement the productive and administrative process. The process was started with the diagnosis in wich an external and internal analysis was realized in the company using tools such as the PESTAL and DOFA analysis with wich the strategies to be used were identified. Then the technical study was carried out, where the products with the largest share of the company's revenue were selected using various engineering tools such as time analysis, plant distribution, analysis of 5's, occupational safety and health and environmental matrix . Subsequently the administrative study was elaborated analyzing and updating the strategic planning, organizational structure, manuals of functions, methods of selection and training of personnel; Is culminated with a salary level analysis.
