Summary:This work was carried out with the support of the company Puro Parche, a company from the city of Bogotá that has its roots in Madrid Cundinamarca, the objective of the document presented below was the development of an implementation plan of a management system of quality, which is aimed at SMEs, the most appropriate system for the nature of the organization is a management system based on the Colombian technical standard NTC 6001-2017 since its foundation is based on ISO 9001-2015 which will allow the organization in the future to scale from one standard to another without the need to make major changes. Initially, it seeks to know what is the degree of compliance of the organization against all the requirements that are presented in the NTC-6001 standard, a diagnosis was made that evidenced the aspects in which the company takes actions to comply and in Those that did not perform any were made through a checklist, followed by a brief description of the environment in which the company operates, where internal and external factors such as weaknesses, opportunities, strengths, threats were evaluated. It was complemented with a Porter 5 forces analysis and a PEST analysis, the organization analyzes were carried out in order to set a precedent for the organization in terms of current capacity and thus be able to develop a schedule of activities for implementation of the quality management system according to the current situation of the organization.
