Optimización de recursos y procesos internos a partir de la implementación de la metodología lean construcción en el Consorcio Ecocasa.

The project "Construction of the Ecological Center for Animal Protection and Welfare - CEA - Ecological House of Animals", is a project of the city of Bogotá, which seeks to carry out protection and welfare activities for the domestic and wild fauna of the district; It has the necessary infrastructure and equipment for the execution of environmental protection programs and where domestic or domesticable animals of the bovine, buffalo, camelid, equine, swine, ovine, goat, ass, mule, canine, dog days (rabbits, ), felines (cats) and birds (pigeons and poultry), when they are seized or captured by the police authorities, or abandoned, or rescued because they are at risk, or in a vulnerable condition, or are victims of animal abuse, or in inadequate conditions on roads or public spaces in the urban and rural areas of the city of Bogotá.
