Summary:This work is a requirement of degree for the University of America Foundation, since research is a pillar in the task of enhancing autonomous learning in the student. With this we want to explain, the importance of innovation in marketing focused on pymes in the commercial sector in Colombia and, based on neuromarketing, seeking with this that the customer has us in mind in the purchase decision that the company offers. Most of pymes in cities think that price is the main tool for achieving loyalty but this leads to a mistake. You can not always offer a cheap product, therefore, we will not be the main option for the customer, because other pymes can offer that same product at a lower price, or even offer it at the same price but add something extra or complementary. Neuromarketing is a tool to create strategies regarding the information provided by it and influences the choice of purchase.
