Implementar el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo teniendo en cuenta el decreto 1072 del 2015 en la empresa Marca Empresarial S.A.S

This implementation begins with the initial diagnosis of the degree of compliance of the system against the requirements of Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 1111 of 2017. Once the degree of compliance is determined, the implementation plan is made to close the gaps of acquiescence with the Management System through a schedule, in point to establish the activities and times to develop the implementation. After the work plan has been defined, it begins with the preparation of the SG-SST policy, the objectives and matrix of hazard identification, risk assessment and determination of controls that allow to seize the intention of what the company wants and the risks to which their workers are exposed, once defined and approved their disclosure is made to all personnel. Then the security and health at work monitor is appointed and the company's document system is designed, which includes the procedures, instructions, formats, programs and other documents necessary for a proper documentary support for the implementation. Afterwards the internal audit is carried out through the consultant and the audit team, where the respective findings are obtained, and they are reported with the respective action plan of corrective and preventive actions.
