Description
Summary:The present work carries out a study of the socio-fiscal factors of the third category departments, which are Casanare, Cauca, Quindío, San Andrés and Sucre, to determine the impact of the fiscal on the social, for the period of 2005 to 2021. In the first two chapters, which correspond to the first and second objectives, the changes that have occurred during the study period of the items that determine the IDF are evaluated in order to determine which of the departments has obtained the higher result, which would indicate good fiscal management; For the second chapter, social aspects are analyzed, such as the infant mortality rate, the mortality rate, net coverage in education, school dropouts, monetary poverty, multidimensional poverty and the Gini coefficient. Finally, through a panel data model, it is established which of the independent variables (the social factors) has the greatest effect, or generates the greatest impact on the dependent variable (the fiscal development indicator).
