| Summary: | A technical restructuring proposal was made in the business group Focun S.A.S. focusing in the Alkho business unit. From the second half of 2016, until the first quarter of 2017. This project seeks to generate an optimization of the process in charge of the elaboration of technical proposals for the outsourcing of processes, in order to eliminate the present bottlenecks in order to decrease the resources to get a greater yield; From the use of tools such as the PESTAL study, the DOFA matrix, the POAM matrix, engineering study, organization of methods, general, strategic and financial management; It results in the redefinition of the process through an inclusion of formats and the standardization of this. Financial results include a net profit margin of 1.42% for 2016, a current index of $ 1.72 for each peso of debt, which generates a positive liquidity trend in the company, ROI of 4, 1% and a borrowing capacity of 3.5%, all for the same year. |
