Description
Summary:The feasibility study is developed starting from the diagnosis of the environment to level Colombia and Bogota, with the objective to understand the present time of the sector. From the diagnosis, a market study is carried out where the niche and the needs to be satisfied are determined based on the marketing plan, these needs are fulfilled at a technical level determining the number of operators for the production of handicrafts, their safety and standardization in the creation process ensuring the minimization of environmental impacts, resulting in the technical study. Based on the above, an organizational structure is created where hierarchies of posts and their respective salaries are established; taking into account the above, the necessary characteristics are established for the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the association and the relationship with the armed conflict, on the other hand, the legal aspects for the constitution of the organization are determined, and finally, in the financial study the initial investment is calculated, evaluating indicators such as NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return), thus determining that the project is viable.
