Plan de prevención de riesgos para la empresa Ferretería Acosta teniendo en cuenta la incidencia del riesgo ergonómico por consecuencia del trabajo en casa.

Currently, in ferreteria Acosta does not have any plan that promotes safe workplaces in the company's facilities and work at home, in addition to reducing the incidence of ergonomic discomfort and work accidents. For this reason, a prevention plan is proposed, which aims to prevent and control risks; for the development of this, the dangers present for each job position performed at Ferretería Acosta were identified and assessed according to the organizational structure designed by means of an organization chart, also taking into account the jobs that carry out their activities in each result of the pandemic, through the Colombian technical guide (GTC 45); according to the risks identified, the one with the highest level of risk due to the danger that occurred were the biomechanical hazard, through an analysis the discomfort and hazard factors were identified with the help of surveys and matrices integrating the participation of the workers according to the activities they carry out using the Ergopar method, which allows them to propose preventive measures according to the risks identified to promote safe environments for their workers.
