Description
Summary:The present feasibility study was designed and evaluated in order to conclude the financial and operational viability of a company producing electric guitars of national design and assembly that would trade its instruments through a web page. Engineering tools such as the analysis of a DOFA matrix were used; Study and projection of supply and demand and the design of a marketing mix structure. In the technical study, the whole descriptive scheme of the organization was designed through the study and projection of salaries, the design of the payroll, the manuals of functions and the diagramming of all the processes associated with the management of human resources. In terms of operations, a study of times and capacities was carried out and, as a result, the technical and physical resources necessary for the possible start-up of the production project were defined. This also resulted in the design of the production plant and Jobs for which an anthropometric and an ergonomic study was carried out. The feasibility study also outlines the design of the organization's entire strategic framework and contractual regulations. In addition to the environmental legislation that would affect the project, an environmental impact study was carried out to determine endogenous and exogenous impacts and proposed mitigation actions. An analysis of the current market conditions at the national and district level was made, and an estimate was made of the technical and human resources that the organization would use to respond to the demand, including the projection of financial indicators.
