Summary:This document addresses in a theoretical and practical way the issue regarding quality of work life in organizations of the urban mass transport sector, at a theoretical level a thorough review will be carried out on the different concepts of quality of life, quality of work life, motivation and influencing factors is evaluating the influence of the quality of working life in sixty-one employees of companies in the urban mass transport sector. At a practical level, you will be able to know the perception that collaborators have on aspects and current conditions that lead them to have quality of work life, the current perception of the work in the organization, the aspects that they consider most important when it comes to having a greater commitment to the organization among others. The above in order to determine if there is an influence of the quality of working life in the motivation of human talent in organizations of the urban mass transport sector and with it if there is a correlation between both variables
