Summary: | Bogotá is currently a city that looks to the future, generating renewal and evolution plans to enhance its competitiveness, but over-urbanization and poor planning, led the economies to establish themselves in the rural perimeters of the city, focusing on a retroactive economy of industry and services that raise the percentage of employment, but instead saturate the connection and mobility of the city starting in two economic sectors and changing the use of land to the income of the city. The country has had serious problems generationally in terms of management of services, industry, risk and the environment, because innumerable errors of land uses encourage the dissociation of economies, the project of the partial plan diaphragm of services and environmental management in savanna The West intends to focus these economies and potentiate them. For this city of Bogotá a plan of urban-rural renovation is proposed, which from a more global perspective is established as a main axis that consolidates the territory understanding what is being done today, and in this way complement what is found today. In the western region, articulating the other municipalities with this axis seeks to create competitive cities and in addition to this resilient, this word being understood as the ability of cities to recover by themselves after a catastrophe. The proposal of both the work and the architectural theme has as a priority to establish an inclusive project designed by people and for them since they are the initial user and the final user of the project. |
