Nexo estatal: Estrategia de consultoría y tecnología para fortalecer la participación en licitaciones públicas

This master's thesis focuses on developing a business model centered around providing consulting, tutoring, and mentoring services to companies seeking to contract with the Colombian State. The primary objective is to offer comprehensive support to organizations, particularly small and medium - sized enterprises, enabling them to effectively access and p articipate in public contracts and tenders offered by the government. To achieve this objective, tailored service packages will be designed, including legal, administrative, and technical advice to optimize the processes of preparing and submitting bids. The project methodology will involve a market analysis to identify the specific needs of clients, as well as an assessment of the legal and regulatory requirements of the public procurement system in Colombia. By offering these comprehensive solutions, it is expected that companies will improve their chances of success in bidding processes, thereby contributing to greater dynamism and competitiveness in the public contracting market. This study is relevant as it addresses the growing need for professionalization and specialized support in companies' participation in public procurement opportunities, which is essential for economic development and transparency in commercial relations with the State
