Summary: | During the development of undergraduate projects in design programs, three critical areas requiring improvement have been identified: inequity in task assignment, loss of agility in the project, and lack of visibility of the project's updated status. These situations not only delay project progress but also limit the quality of the results obtained. Therefore, it is essential to implement strategies that promote greater fluidity and efficiency in project development. This study focuses on analyzing the performance of students in the undergraduate design project course, based on the implementation of agile methodologies during the 2023-2 semester. Through the evaluation of competencies and performance indicators, this analysis aims to measure student compliance in relation to their functions and skills within their undergraduate projects. It also seeks to promote efficiency and productivity in work teams, improving the management of their operations and ensuring higher-quality results. |
