Para lograr lo anterior se llevó a cabo la matriz dofa de la empresa esto con el fin de conocerla a profundidad. Adicionalmente realizar encuestas acerca del clima organizacional y servicio al cliente para descubrir cómo se encuentra la motivación de los trabajadores y así buscar incentivarlos con el fin de mejorar la productividad; por otra parte conocer cómo está la empresa en la mente de los consumidores. |

To achieve this method we develop the SWOT matrix of the company to know it in depth, and survey the employees to know their conditions in the organization; all of this only with one purpose: increase the productivity of the company, rewarding the employees.
