Description
Summary:This article focuses its knowledge object on analyzing and designing the possible scope of an action plan in conflict management and school coexistence in and from the Physical Education class with school students in a recognized educational institution in Medellín city. Methodologically it was oriented from the investigation of educational action in its phases of deconstruction, reconstruction, and evaluation of the practice, through moments such as formulation, design, management and closing the research. It’s used as techniques and instruments, the participant observation through a field diary, the semi-structured interview through a guide of questions about coexistence and school conflict and the application of workshops through a protocol guide. The main contributions to coexistence are guidelines for the improvement of social relations and practices, while, for conflict management, they are guidelines for understanding the manifestations, responses and the causes that generate it. As future lines, it is proposed to carry out the same research process with other groups of students, teachers, and managers in the educational institution.
