El estudio utilizará una metodología de investigación cuantitativa y se aplicará un test para medir el compromiso y la motivación laboral. Los resultados obtenidos permitirán identificar la correlación entre los factores mencionados y el compromiso y satisfacción laboral del personal. Además, se propondrán estrategias gerenciales motivacionales con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos por la institución y asegurar el cumplimiento de sus objetivos. La investigación tiene como finalidad contribuir a la mejora continua de la calidad de la atención sanitaria en el Hospital San Rafael de Pacho, evaluando aspectos críticos en la gestión de la institución.
