La asistencia en salud a los migrantes es un derecho y debe ser además oportuno y de fácil obtención. Para mantener la salud de esta población es indispensable la coordinación por parte del gobierno municipal, departamental y central, así como la disposición de los medios para la prevención y manejo de las enfermedades de esta población.
