In this sense, the main objective of this paper is to analyze the behavior of investment in education, by the Andean Countries, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela, in comparison with Latin America and the Caribbean, in order to consider the central elements of its impact on social responsibility, in the period from 1995 to 2015. The study is descriptive-documentary, based on the information of recognized databases. The results highlight that the Andean Countries show higher levels of investment in education than the total of Latin America and the Caribbean. Also, education, especially in Bolivia, Ecuador and Venezuela, during the period studied tended to emphasize, in general social and economic policy. In conclusion, the conception of education as a public good accessible to the population, strengthens the mechanisms of supply, therefore at the university level, public authorities can play a key role in the formation of capital or human talent. © 2019 Universidad del Zulia.application/pdf13159518https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/23103engUniversidad del Zulia113No. 3101Revista de Ciencias SocialesVol. 25Revista de Ciencias Sociales, ISSN:13159518, Vol.25, No.3 (2019); pp. 101-113https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85077259312&partnerID=40&md5=92b4acdcc2ed6bd111eeed9114cfe324Abierto (Texto Completo)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2instname:Universidad del Rosarioreponame:Repositorio Institucional EdocURAndean countriesEducationHuman developmentInvestment in educationSocial responsibilityEducation in andean countries 1995-2015: Comparative study on investment made and social responsibilityEducación en países andinos 1995-2015: Estudio comparativo sobre inversión realizada y responsabilidad socialarticleArtículohttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501Reyes Ortíz, Giovanni EfraínMartin-Fiorino V.ORIGINAL27360-42338-1-SM.pdfapplication/pdf604907https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/ea5665c2-fa9f-4fd2-a554-00e96bc46e4f/download9a8fae8845af928b1cc992c7a987adc2MD51TEXT27360-42338-1-SM.pdf.txt27360-42338-1-SM.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain41723https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/1eb7ffa1-5d04-4ede-9e0b-7fcc8c04871e/download06888a298fbadbe766a1fcee0f230709MD52THUMBNAIL27360-42338-1-SM.pdf.jpg27360-42338-1-SM.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg4430https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/37066af3-b92a-4ef7-9c47-f3222127308b/downloadd93ee050e29b8f71099457f01c48d3d0MD5310336/23103oai:repository.urosario.edu.co:10336/231032022-05-02 07:37:14.487404https://repository.urosario.edu.coRepositorio institucional EdocURedocur@urosario.edu.co |
