Introducción: Este estudio aborda la farmacodependencia como un fenómeno biopsicosocial destacado por el consumo de drogas, generando cambios en el comportamiento y afectando la salud física y mental, dónde se observa un incremento significativo a nivel nacional e internacional, siendo un problema de salud pública, por ello, a partir de esta investigación se plantea el abordaje de la farmacodependencia desde enfermería. Objetivo: Determinar las acciones de cuidado de enfermería que pueden ser implementadas en la atención de los pacientes farmacodependientes. Metodología: Se realizó una revisión de literatura se buscó explorar, discutir y describir el tema de manera precisa, que responda los objetivos planteados, generando un resultado por medio de los artículos obtenidos en las bases de datos institucionales tales como; OVID Medicina y Enfermería, DynaMed, Science Direct, Proquest Biology Database, El Sevier Resultado: Se obtuvieron 40 artículos finales para el abordaje de la investigación, cuyos resultados implementaron el impacto de las acciones de enfermería en pacientes farmacodependientes, teniendo en cuenta las acciones efectivas que se pueden llevar a cabo desde esta disciplina, los avances técnicos y la perspectiva humana dentro del servicio de salud. Conclusión: El abordaje desde enfermería es vital para el tratamiento y cuidado de los pacientes farmacodependientes, teniendo en cuenta el impacto que genera las acciones desde un cuidado integral con técnicas innovadoras que permitan un proceso progresivo, hasta un abordaje ético y proporcional que mejoren la perspectiva y vida de los pacientes. |

Objetivo: Determinar las acciones de cuidado de enfermería que pueden ser implementadas en la atención de los pacientes farmacodependientes. Metodología: Se realizó una revisión de literatura se buscó explorar, discutir y describir el tema de manera precisa, que responda los objetivos planteados, generando un resultado por medio de los artículos obtenidos en las bases de datos institucionales tales como; OVID Medicina y Enfermería, DynaMed, Science Direct, Proquest Biology Database, El Sevier Resultado: Se obtuvieron 40 artículos finales para el abordaje de la investigación, cuyos resultados implementaron el impacto de las acciones de enfermería en pacientes farmacodependientes, teniendo en cuenta las acciones efectivas que se pueden llevar a cabo desde esta disciplina, los avances técnicos y la perspectiva humana dentro del servicio de salud. Conclusión: El abordaje desde enfermería es vital para el tratamiento y cuidado de los pacientes farmacodependientes, teniendo en cuenta el impacto que genera las acciones desde un cuidado integral con técnicas innovadoras que permitan un proceso progresivo, hasta un abordaje ético y proporcional que mejoren la perspectiva y vida de los pacientes.Introduction: This study addresses drug dependence as a biopsychosocial phenomenon highlighted by drug consumption, generating changes in behavior and affecting physical and mental health, where a significant increase is observed at the national and international level, being a public health problem. Therefore, based on this research, a nursing approach to drug dependence is proposed. Objective: Determine the nursing care actions that can be implemented in the care of drug-dependent patients. Methodology: A literature review was carried out, seeking to explore, discuss and describe the topic in a precise manner, which responds to the stated objectives, generating a result through the articles obtained in institutional databases such as; OVID Medicine and Nursing, DynaMed, Science Direct, Proquest Biology Database, El Sevier Result: 40 final articles were obtained for the research approach, whose results implemented the impact of nursing actions on drug-dependent patients, taking into account effective actions that can be carried out from this discipline, the technical advances and the human perspective within the health service.
