Este artículo desarrolla un análisis del desarrollo de las “legaltech” como modelo de negocio en el país colombiano. ámbito jurídico; presenta la conceptualización del término, los antecedentes, las leyes que lo regulan y las mapeo disruptivo del ecosistema del uso de las tecnologías de la información aplicadas al ejercicio de ley en Colombia. Con un enfoque cualitativo, y a partir de un análisis documental que incorporó la uso de matrices de análisis, categorías y hoja de ruta; Fue posible identificar aquellos estudios relevantes que describir los ámbitos en los que la innovación y las nuevas tecnologías disruptivas han irrumpido en el ámbito legal para constituir startups en diferentes niveles de servicios legales, adaptadas a las nuevas tendencias digitales en derecho. Asimismo, permitió la construcción de un marco normativo que ha permitido la incorporación y uso de estos tecnologías en el territorio colombiano. |

With a qualitative approach, and from a documentary analysis that incorporated the use of analysis matrices, categories and a roadmap; It was possible to identify those relevant studies that describe the areas where innovation and new disruptive technologies have broken into the legal field to constitute startups at different levels of legal services, adapted to the new digital t rends in law.
