A través del formato de autoservicio los clientes encontrarán en una barra variedad de ingredientes, con los cuales podrán armar el plato a su gusto, eligiendo los sabores, las porciones y los acompañamientos; haciendo de nuestro producto una experiencia acogedora, fácil, ágil y deliciosa. El público objetivo son personas empleadas e independientes (ejecutivos), que tengan entre 25 y 35 años de edad, con un nivel de educación superior al promedio de la ciudad, ubicados en estrato socioeconómico 5 y 6 de la comuna 14 de Medellín y que cuentan con poco tiempo para almorzar o buscan un almuerzo liviano que no les robe las energías que requieren para su jornada de la tarde. Este grupo objetivo está conformado por 17.731 personas, de las cuales se espera llegar al 20% de ellas.
