Este proyecto pretende la realización de un material (cartilla) que surge de las investigaciones Estudio de asociación entre síntomas depresivos con la presión arterial y Estrategias de afrontamiento y presión arterial, realizadas por el grupo de investigación en salud mental de la Universidad CES, el cual tiene como objetivo explicar de una forma clara y explícita la relación existente entre presión arterial y salud mental. Este formato trata conceptos básicos acerca de la presión arterial, estrategias de afrontamiento y estrés. Su diseño consta de una historieta, un contenido teórico y actividades que evalúan el nivel de comprensión de su temática; esta cartilla permitirá asimilar la enfermedad y la confrontación adecuada de esta lo que hará que sean menores los efectos aversivos de la enfermedad en el organismo. |
