Francisco Palencia

Juan Francisco "Paco" Palencia Hernández (born 28 April 1973) is a Mexican professional football manager and former footballer. Palencia began his career with Cruz Azul, where he played for nearly a decade and won multiple championships, including the Verano 1997 league title.
