Miguel Antonio Caro

Miguel Antonio Caro Tobar (November 10, 1843 – August 5, 1909) was a Colombian writer, thinker, poet, and politician who served as the 4th president of Colombia from 1894 to 1898. A member of the Conservative Party, Caro served as the 2nd vice president of Colombia from 1892 to 1894 under Rafael Núñez. Provided by Wikipedia
