Rafael Chaves

Rafael Chaves (born January 11, 1968, in Isabela, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican former professional baseball pitcher who currently serves as the pitching coach for the Leones de Yucatán of the Mexican League. Provided by Wikipedia
